Welcome to Dinnify! By using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before using our services.
These terms govern your access and use of Dinnify, including all features, content and services offered on or through the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Dinnify, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
Your continued use of Dinnify after any modification of the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms to stay informed of updates.
2. Access and Registration
The use of Dinnify is reserved for users 18 years and older. By creating an account, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Creating an account is necessary to access Dinnify's main features, including order management, reservations, and payments.
Registration Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when creating your account
- Maintain the security of your password and login credentials
- Immediately notify Dinnify of any unauthorized use of your account
- You are responsible for all activities performed under your account
- You can only create one account per establishment, except with explicit authorization for multi-location
3. Subscription Management
You can choose from several subscription plans tailored to your needs. Each plan offers a specific set of features and capabilities.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual), unless canceled by the user before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email a few days before each renewal.
Modification and Cancellation
You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. If canceled, you retain access to paid services until the end of the already paid period.
Trial Period
For new users, we generally offer a free trial period to test our services. Details of this period (duration, included features) are communicated during registration. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will be automatically activated and charged.
4. Payments and Billing
Payments are processed via secure platforms like Stripe, PayPal and other approved providers. We never store complete credit card information on our servers.
Billing
You will receive an invoice by email after each subscription transaction. Invoices are also available in your dashboard, "Billing" section.
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable, except in case of proven service failure that could not be resolved within a reasonable time. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact our support with all relevant details.
Prices and Taxes
Displayed prices may be subject to local taxes depending on your jurisdiction. These taxes will be clearly indicated before payment finalization. We reserve the right to modify our rates with a minimum notice of 30 days.
Payment Failure
In case of renewal payment failure (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.), we will attempt to contact you and renew payment several times. If payment ultimately fails, your account may be suspended or limited until resolved.
5. User Rights and Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy of information provided on their account and all data entered in the system (menus, prices, descriptions, etc.).
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use Dinnify only for legal purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Not use the service in a way that could damage, disable or compromise our servers or networks
- Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Not use the service to distribute spam, viruses or any malicious content
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Dinnify and other users
- Not resell, rent or distribute access to Dinnify without written authorization
Reporting
Any suspicious activity or unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately to our support via the contact form or by email.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
Dinnify commits to protecting your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No user data is shared with third parties without explicit consent, except for legal obligation or technical necessity (payment providers, hosting).
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction.
7. Use of Features
Dinnify offers features such as menu management, orders, reservations, and performance reports. The use of these features must comply with laws and regulations in effect in your jurisdiction.
Customer Data
If you collect data on your customers (names, emails, preferences), you are responsible for complying with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, etc.) and obtaining necessary consents.
Information Accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you publish via Dinnify, including product descriptions, prices, allergens, etc.
8. Account Termination
You can terminate your account at any time from your profile settings. In case of termination, access to premium services will be maintained until the end of the current billing cycle.
Termination by Dinnify
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abusive use of the service
- Prolonged inactivity (more than 12 months without connection)
In case of termination for violation, no refund will be made for the unused period.
9. Changes to Terms
Dinnify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any modification will be communicated via our website and by email to registered users at least 30 days before the new terms take effect.
By continuing to use the platform after the modifications, you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept the modifications, you must stop using the service and terminate your account.
10. Limitation of Liability
Dinnify provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee that it will be error-free or permanently available. We strive to maintain a high quality service, but we cannot guarantee 100% availability.
Exclusions
To the extent permitted by law, Dinnify will not be liable for:
- Loss of revenue or profits
- Data loss (we recommend making your own backups)
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Service interruptions due to factors beyond our control (internet outages, natural disasters, etc.)
Our total liability to you for all claims related to the use of Dinnify will not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.
11. Intellectual Property
All Dinnify content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads and data compilations, is the property of Dinnify or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to Dinnify (food photos, descriptions, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Dinnify a license to use it in the context of providing the service.

We commit to responding to all support requests within a reasonable time. Response times may vary depending on your subscription plan and request complexity.
13. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws in force in the country where Dinnify is registered. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country.
However, we encourage amicable resolution of disputes through mediation or negotiation before engaging in any legal action.
14. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dinnify regarding the use of the service.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
Waiver
Dinnify's failure to enforce a right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
